Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the ZufaPro POS software ("Software") from ZufaPro ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, ZufaPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of terminals/devices corresponding to your purchased package, for the duration specified by your license (perpetual for one-time purchases, or for the active subscription period for renewal-based packages).

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Software to any third party;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or modify the source code of the Software;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software;
  • Use the Software beyond the number of terminals or the license type purchased without acquiring an additional license.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, object code, design, structure, organization, and associated documentation, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of ZufaPro. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms — only the limited license described in Section 2.

5. License Keys & Activation

Each license key is tied to the package purchased and, where applicable, to a specific number of terminals or a specific machine. ZufaPro may validate license keys periodically over the internet to confirm continued entitlement to use the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZufaPro does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUFAPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ZufaPro's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

ZufaPro may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including the restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
