This Privacy Policy explains how ZufaPro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you purchase or use the ZufaPro POS software and related services ("Services").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number, and address you provide when registering an account.
  • Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We receive your name, email, billing country, and order details from Lemon Squeezy — we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage & license data: license key activity, machine/terminal identifiers, app version, and activation status, used to validate and support your license.
  • Support data: information you provide when contacting support or submitting a ticket.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and license(s);
  • Process orders, renewals, and refunds;
  • Deliver software downloads, license keys, and installation instructions;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, license keys, password resets);
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and restricted internal access to customer data. Payment card details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and are never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and license data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data via your account profile;
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Object to certain uses of your data.

7. Third-Party Services
